FAQ

When are you open?

When you need me to be! The bespoke nature of the work and the tailored experience days means I do not have 'regular' hours and can work around you. I can do evening and weekend appointments and will be happy to discuss and arrange a suitable time.

How much is an experience day?

The price of an experience day is based on what you hope to make and what materials you want to use. As a guide, an experience day for a silver ring will be in the region of £150-200.

How do I book an experience day?

Please contact me using the site contact form with a brief outline of what piece of jewellery you would like to make and and prior experience you have. I will then contact you and further discuss and understand what you would like to achieve. From this I will create an experience day tailored for you at a date and time that is convenient.

I have a disability, can I take part in an experience day?

Depending on the type of disability I can further tailor the experience day to meet your needs. There is limited step free access to the studio and the studio itself is cosy. Please contact me to discuss your specific needs.

How much does bespoke jewellery cost?

How long is a piece of string! The nature of the piece, the materials used, and the size are some of the factors that determine the cost. Please contact me to discuss your requirements. All prices include the initial consultation and up to two following consultations where the piece can be modified if necessary to ensure it is perfect.

I will require a 20% deposit to be paid before I begin work on the piece.

Bespoke jewellery returns

Bespoke jewellery is made for you, therefore, I am unable to accept a return once the final piece has been accepted by you. I will ensure that you are completely happy with the piece before you accept it, however, if for any reason you become unhappy with your piece please contact me and I will attempt to resolve your issue.

Guarantee

I offer a 5 year guarantee with every piece and will repair the jewellery for free if faulty. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. However, I am happy to quote for a repair to the jewellery.
